Revisión de literatura sobre los recursos humanos y la responsabilidad social empresarial.

Resumen


En este escrito se expone una revisión sistemática de literatura sobre los recursos humanos y la responsabilidad social empresarial, destacando la importancia de alinear estos dos elementos para la gestión organizacional. Para ello, se exploraron las investigaciones publicadas en el lapso de los últimos veinte años, utilizando como base de consulta la plataforma de web of science, se estudiaron los archivos en su respectivo orden cronológico y se utilizó la plataforma tree of science para luego con este resultado identificar los documentos más relevantes, y clasificándolos en tres grupos, clásicos, estructurales y recientes.
